At the BCAD Booster Club, transparency is one of our highest priorities. We are committed to being open and honest about all fundraising efforts and how funds are managed on behalf of our dancers.
We strive to maintain 100% transparency by regularly sharing information about our fundraising activities, including total funds raised, expenses incurred, and how funds are allocated. Our goal is for every supporter, parent, and community member to clearly understand how their contributions make an impact.
All funds raised by the Booster Club are carefully tracked and used to directly support the artistic and athletic development of our dancers. Allocations are made based on established needs, program goals, and opportunities that benefit the dancers and the studio community as a whole.
We believe that trust is built through openness. Financial updates, fundraising results, and expense summaries will be shared regularly so our community can see exactly how their support helps create opportunities for our dancers.
