By purchasing or receiving raffle tickets from the BCAD Booster Club, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase raffle tickets unless otherwise permitted by local law. BCAD Booster Club volunteers, board members, and their immediate family members may or may not be eligible to participate depending on the specific raffle rules.

Ticket Purchase

All raffle ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Each ticket represents a chance to win and does not guarantee a prize.

Drawing & Winners

Winners will be selected at random on the date and time specified for each raffle. Winners do not need to be present unless otherwise stated. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated. The BCAD Booster Club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Notification of Winners

Winners will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

Taxes & Fees

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with receiving a prize.

General Conditions

The BCAD Booster Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.

All raffles are conducted in support of BCAD Booster Club fundraising efforts and are intended to benefit its programs and activities.
