Non-Discrimination Policy

The Bucks County Arts and Dance Booster Club is committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment for all dancers, families, volunteers, members, supporters, and community members.

The Bucks County Arts and Dance Booster Club does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital or family status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

This policy applies to all aspects of the Booster Club’s activities, including membership, participation in programs and events, volunteer opportunities, fundraising activities, leadership positions, sponsorships, and access to services and resources provided by the organization.

The Booster Club is committed to treating all individuals with dignity, fairness, and respect. Decisions regarding participation, volunteer opportunities, leadership, and other organizational activities will be based on legitimate and appropriate qualifications, responsibilities, and the needs of the organization—not on discriminatory considerations.

The Bucks County Arts and Dance Booster Club also expects all members, volunteers, families, dancers, and representatives of the organization to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes an environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, and retaliation.

Any individual who believes they have experienced or witnessed discrimination or harassment involving the Booster Club is encouraged to report the concern to a member of the Booster Club Board. Reports will be taken seriously and reviewed as appropriate. Retaliation against any person who raises a good-faith concern or participates in a review of a concern is prohibited.

The Bucks County Arts and Dance Booster Club reserves the right to take appropriate action when conduct is inconsistent with this policy or applicable law.
