💬 About the Booster Club
We started the BCAD Booster Club to create a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting our dancers and expanding fundraising opportunities for the studio. By operating as a booster club, we’re able to open the door to a wider range of fundraising efforts, events, and community partnerships that directly benefit our dancers and their experiences. Our goal is to help make dance more accessible, memorable, and enriching for every student involved.

The answer is YES! Absolutely — there are many ways to stay involved and support the BCAD Booster Club even if you can’t attend meetings. We understand that families have busy schedules, and every bit of support makes a difference.
We encourage everyone to sign up for our monthly Booster Club newsletter to stay up to date on upcoming events, fundraisers, and important announcements. You can also get involved by volunteering at events when your schedule allows, making donations, or simply helping spread the word by sharing our events with family and friends. Every form of support helps us create amazing opportunities for our dancers!
The BCAD Booster Club is a separate, non-profit organization that supports Bucks County Arts and Dance.
The booster club is run by volunteers who are also parents of dancers at Bucks County Arts and Dance.
💰 Fundraising & Money Questions
All funds raised go to the BCAD Booster Club bank account until payment is due, whether that is for performance deposits or any other student-led expenses.
We believe in transparency. At each of our booster club meetings, we have a Treasurer’s Report where the current Treasurer goes over all funds raised and all expenses that have incurred since the last meeting. Additionally, we post all incoming and outgoing transactions on this website! For more information, view our Fundraising and Expenses pages.
Absolutely not. Participation in the events and fundraising is optional.
💃 Disney Trip
While our current major initiative is supporting our dancers’ upcoming performance trip to Disney World in 2027, that is not the only purpose of the BCAD Booster Club. As a nonprofit organization, our mission is to provide ongoing support for a variety of dancer experiences, opportunities, and studio needs. Future fundraising efforts may support performances, educational opportunities, costumes, events, and other enriching experiences for our dancers.
Any dancer who participates in the 2026-2027 Stars teams is eligible to go on the Disney World performance trip in 2027.
