Refund Policy

The BCAD Booster Club appreciates your support of our dancers and fundraising efforts. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase, donation, or event registration.

Donations

All donations made to the BCAD Booster Club are considered voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.

Event Tickets & Registrations

Refund requests for events or activities must be submitted prior to the event date. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the event and expenses already incurred by the Booster Club.

No refunds will be issued for missed events or no-shows.

Raffle Tickets

All raffle ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Merchandise Sales

Customized or made-to-order merchandise is non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Event Cancellations

If an event is canceled by the BCAD Booster Club, participants may be offered a refund, account credit, or transfer to a future event when applicable.
