Online Fundraiser Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all online fundraising activities conducted by the BCAD Booster Club, including but not limited to merchandise sales, donations, event registrations, and special fundraising campaigns.

Purpose

All fundraising efforts support the BCAD Booster Club and its mission to provide opportunities, resources, and experiences for participating dancers.

Payments

All payments must be made through approved secure third-party payment processors. By submitting payment, you agree that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Refund Policy

All purchases and donations are subject to the BCAD Booster Club Refund Policy. Donations are non-refundable. Other purchases may be refundable only as outlined in that policy.

Digital Products & Event Access

If applicable, access to events, tickets, or digital materials will be delivered electronically or provided according to event instructions. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure accurate contact information is provided.

Fraud Prevention

The BCAD Booster Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Changes or Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any fundraising campaign at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms for payment processing, ticketing, or donations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or performance of these external services.
