BCAD Booster Club Meeting Minutes

Call to Order

Called to order 6:07 PM.

Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes

A motion to approve the minutes from the previous meeting was made by Sara Gerges and seconded by Meghan Siporin. The motion carried.

Election

Meghan Siporin nominated Sara Gerges for President, Sara accepts, Denise Andres Seconded. Approved unanimously.

Amanda Higgins nominates Meghan Siporin for Vice President, Meghan accepts, Sara Gerges Seconded. Approved unanimously.

Sara Gerges nominates Amanda Higgins for secretary, Amanda accepts, Becki Rynkiewicz seconded. Approved unanimously.

Amanda Higgins nominates Becki Rynkiewicz for treasurer. Becki accepts. Sara Gerges seconded. Approved unanimously.

Sara Gerges opens voting to add social media manager, Jasmine Quirple, to the board. Becki and Meghan second. Jasmine accepts. Approved unanimously.

Old Business

Canceled trivia night on September 12th.

Working on a coin toss; will reach out to local businesses. DQ, Convenience store, and Barber shop.

Discussed updates to signage and flyers

New Business

Becki proposes that prior to cash leaving an event TWO people count cash together. Write down and both people sign. Amanda seconds. Approved unanimously. Sara will add to bylaws and website.

Jasmine proposed a Girls Night Out. Friday, Feb 5th, 18 plus. Jasmine and another business benefiting booster club. 25.00 per ticket. Vendors. Older dancers watch kids in attendance for 10.00 per child. Raffles. 50/50.

Treasurer’s Report:

$140.00 Dairy Queen,

$250.00 Kirks Sponsorship,

$42.90 Amazon.

Total fundraised: $10,825.97.
