General FAQs

All your tough questions, answered

Can I register my dancer before knowing who all is going?

Yes! You can absolutely register your dancer before knowing how many people from your family are going.

I registered, but I am not sure if we are going. When do I need to know by?

If you cancel prior to December 9, 2026, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. If you cancel from December 10, 2026 to March 24, 2027, you will receive a partial refund (Minus $300
deposit per person).

Any payments made by the BCAD Booster Club must be returned, regardless of when cancellation occurs, so it can be reallocated to another dancer.

Can I make changes to my reservation? Add days to the trip or travelers?

Absolutely. You can make changes up until the final payment is due in March 2027.

Can I be a chaperone or be at rehearsals with my dancer?

Disney and Dance the Magic have very strict guidelines and requirements for chaperones invited backstage. The number of chaperones depends on the number of dancers, and only those designated chaperones will be allowed at official group call times and check-ins, scheduled rehearsals, transportation to and from the Dance the Magic events, and any other official events on the itinerary.

10-29 dancers – 2 chaperones
30-44 dancers – 3 chaperones
45-59 dancers – 4 chaperones
60+ dancers – 5 chaperones

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, we will miss you, but totally understand.

On or Before December 9, 2026 – Full Refund
December 10, 2026 to March 24, 2027 – Partial Refund (Minus $300 deposit per person)
Starting March 25, 2027 – NO REFUNDS

If you cancel December 10 or later, you must repay any funds issued by the BCAD Booster Club so they can be reallocated to another dancer.

Are the meal vouchers worth adding?

Obviously, do what is best for your family! However, a few of the Disney moms don’t think it is worth it, in our opinion. The meal vouchers cost more than what you would likely spend at any of the restaurants. Of course, there are exceptions, but we generally find this to be true.

Will the younger dancers who are not eligible for the parade be included in the luncheon and photo shoot on parade day?

Yes! They absolutely are included for those events. We will receive more information about when and where they need to be for those events closer to the day.

Payment FAQs

Everything you need to know about Dance the Magic payments.

Are there any discounts?

Unfortunately, there are no annual pass, DVC, or military discounts available. Dance the Magic is a third-party company and cannot accept Disney discounts. They do, however, get group rates for the hotel, and that savings is passed on to us.

What if I own DVC?

Unfortunately, there is no discount for DVC members. You are certainly welcome to stay at your home resort if you would like, but you will be unable to attend the VIP celebration and the performance showcase.

I have an annual pass? Can I use it?

Yes! If you have an annual pass, send Sara a screenshot showing it is active. Once we verify your active annual pass, you can select the annual pass package. Your dancer will still need to select a performer package (unfortunately, there is no discount if they have an annual pass). Select the 1-to-a-room dancer package; this will cover the cost of the room. Everyone else with an annual package will be exempt from additional room charges and park tickets. However, you will still need to register each attendee.

Annual Pass Holders must purchase a Showcase Admittance Wristband ($50) to attend the Dance the Magic Showcase. They must also purchase the VIP Celebration Party Add-on ($125) in order to attend the VIP Celebration Party. Annual Pass Holders can bundle both Add-ons for $150.

Where do I make payments?

Great question! You will make your payments using the same link you used to register. Simply log in, and it should direct you to the payment processing page.
